To help, not only athletes with strength and conditioning, but everyone looking to improve themselves in terms of health, fitness, and well-being no matter the desired goal from clients registered with Marsh Strength and Conditioning.

I have been a Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2017 and am very close to becoming an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Australia. I have trained a wide range of individuals for athletic sports, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, and in the general population looking to improve their health, fitness, and well-being.

- Level 1 in Strength and Conditioning (ASCA)
- Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Physical Activity Australia)
